Job Designation : Assistant Manager / Manager
Responsibilities:
To study regulations, understand them, interpret and disseminate the information to all groups of TML.
To prepare Homologation witness test plans for all export models.
To interact with and give feedback to the respective project /Design groups for getting homologation Documentation ready to required deadlines.
To perform Quality Checks, Improvements on the application documents and update them subsequently for obtaining Technical Reports & Approvals.
To plan and ensure completion of Pre homologation tests and obtaining test reports from ERC Groups.
To coordinate with All Testing groups & design to Perform Witness testing with international Technical Services and & Approval authorities
To follow up & interact with all ERC groups, IB, NPI ,Manufacturing,QA for Homologation related issues & clarifying their queries on continuous basis.
To maintain records of witness Test Results and Approvals
To update global Regulatory Requirement Charts on periodic basis.
To prepare Homologation guidelines and ready reckoners
To cascade the previous learnings for new homologation projects/Campaigns.
To prepare Control Plans & Guidance to QA on Certificate of Conformity & other related issues.
Requirements:
andidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Interpersonal skills, Homologation processes, Self initiator.
Required language(s): English, Hindi
Preferred language(s): Marathi.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent. Job role in R&D Engineer or equivalent.
Should be owning the assigned responsibilities and participating & contributing with total involvement.
